To support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), we offer a DEI registration waiver. This award entails a full waiver of the registration fee for the conference. If you qualify, please apply for the waiver using the link below.
Who Qualifies? This waiver is broadly available to individuals from underrepresented groups in STEM, those who have demonstrated a commitment to advancing DEI initiatives, or those who may face financial barriers to attending the conference. We encourage anyone who feels they could benefit from this support to apply.

Rising Researcher Award
We are excited to introduce the Rising Researcher Award, designed to recognize and inspire undergraduate students who are passionate about the intersection of engineering and women’s health. This award celebrates the creativity, curiosity, and potential of students in this important field, encouraging them to connect with industry experts and explore how engineering can advance women’s health initiatives.
Who Qualifies? Undergraduates who plan to attend the conference are eligible to apply for this award.
In addition to the recognition, recipients will receive a waiver for the conference registration fee. Participants will also have the chance to join a fun scavenger hunt, earning a special badge to commemorate their experience.
